Please read the following terms carefully before creating an account or using any service on this platform. This document serves as a binding agreement between you and 33bmw regarding the use of our services.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 33bmw platform and all services associated with it. You cannot register or use the platform without reading and accepting these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version of this document will be considered final.

Account Registration
To create an account on 33bmw, you must provide accurate and complete information. The platform reserves the right to cancel any account registered with false information at any time.
2.1 Registration Requirements
- Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all accounts being suspended.
- The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be your own.
- Use a strong password to keep your account secure and do not share it with anyone.
- It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account information up to date.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
To ensure security, 33bmw may request identity verification from a user at any time. The following documents may generally be required for verification:
- Photo of National ID (NID) or passport
- A clear photo of the user
- Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
Withdrawals may be held until KYC is completed. This verification process is fully secure.
Age Limit and Eligibility
33bmw does not knowingly provide services to minors. If an account holder is found to be under 21, that account will be immediately closed and all balances will be forfeited.
A note to parents: Please ensure that underage members of your family cannot access this platform. The use of parental control software is recommended.
- You must be a permanent resident of Bangladesh.
- The account must be created for your own personal use, not on behalf of a third party.
- Anyone not currently excluded from the platform for a valid reason may create an account.
Deposits and Withdrawals
33bmw accepts payments through popular mobile banking and banking channels in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
4.1 Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other scheduled banks).
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Large withdrawals may be delayed until KYC verification is completed.
- The destination account for withdrawals must be in the user's own name.
Bonuses and Promotions
33bmw offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and complying with them is mandatory.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,000 as a bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement on the bonus will be ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000.
- To withdraw the bonus amount, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount.
- The bonus may only be used for betting or gaming; it cannot be withdrawn directly.
- A user may receive the welcome bonus only once per account.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
5.2 VIP Cashback
The 33bmw VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers weekly cashback on net losses:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
Cashback is calculated on the total net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings). For example: if a Gold tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120.
Gaming Rules
33bmw offers slots, live casino, sports betting, and many other types of games. Separate rules apply to each game or betting category.
6.1 Sports Betting
- Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Bets must be placed before the match starts or within the specified time limit.
- The right is reserved to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
- If a suspicious betting pattern is identified, payment may be held until an investigation is completed.
6.2 Casino Games
- The outcome of all games is determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator).
- Any incomplete game round due to a technical issue will be considered void and the stake will be returned.
- The platform is not responsible for any loss of internet connection while playing a game.
6.3 Live Casino
33bmw's live casino section features games from world-class providers including Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. In live games, the dealer's decision will be considered final.
Prohibited Activities
The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the 33bmw platform. Violating these terms will result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of all balances.
- Creating more than one account under one person's name.
- Using another person's account or sharing account credentials.
- Betting or playing games using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
- Participating in match fixing or any irregular betting activity.
- Exploiting loopholes in bonus terms for misuse.
- Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
- Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Harassing or threatening other users.
Privacy and Data Protection

Account Suspension and Closure
33bmw may suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances.
9.1 At the Platform's Initiative
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Creating an account with false information.
- Evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Failure to complete KYC verification after a specified period.
9.2 At the User's Initiative
If a user wishes to close their own account, they may contact the support team. All active bets must be settled and available balance withdrawn before the account is closed.
Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

- The platform's direct liability for technical errors by third-party game providers is limited.
- In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government directives, etc.), uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
- 33bmw will not be responsible for unauthorized access to an account resulting from user negligence or security failures.
However, if any financial loss occurs due to our own error, the platform will take responsibility and work to resolve it.
Changes to Terms
33bmw reserves the right to change, amend, or modify any part of these terms and conditions at any time.
